We provide wireless internet access to our guests via the widely used protocol "802.11G".

Reservations/Cancellations for stays of 6 nights or less
Our standard deposit is one half the stay i.e. 50%.
Deposits are refundable for cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Note: In all cases there is a $30 handling fee for processing cancellations.
Within 14 days, deposits are refundable to the extent that the suite can be re-booked.
Deposits are applied to the total amount of the stay. The balance is due on arrival.

Payment Methods for Reservations
For deposits, we accept personal cheques for most major currencies, if received well before arrival. We also accept certified cheques, traveler's cheques, money orders, bank drafts and direct bank transfers. We do not accept credit card payments.

Check-in Time is 3:30pm or Later
Check-in time is 3:30pm or later so that we have time to prepare the suite. If you would like to check in earlier please let us know so that we can work out an arrangement that meets everyone's needs.

Check-out Time is by 11:00am

No Smoking
We are a 100% smoke-free environment inside the house.

Not Suitable for Children Under 12 Years of Age
We love kids. But the suite contains breakable objects, things that can fall and hurt a curious child and things that can be damaged. There are "interesting" buttons for controlling the gas fireplace and gas stove. And there are assorted sharp things in kitchen drawers. The suite is not child safe. Thus we do not recommend the suite for families with children under 12 years of age.

Not Suitable for Pets
The suite is not suitable for pets and animals.

Housekeeping Arrangement
a) For Daily Rate Stay
If we are providing breakfast we will enter your suite daily to restock the fridge. Otherwise housekeeping is the same as in b) below.
 
b) For Weekly Rate Stay
We will enter your suite weekly to (1) clean the bathroom (2) change the bed linens and (3) do vacuuming and dusting. In between we collect the garbage and provide fresh towels as needed. Please let us know if you wish to change the above routines.

No Excessive Alcohol
We ask that you do not consume excessive alcohol while being a guest in our home.

Overnight Visitors
Please kindly check with your hosts if you wish to have unregistered overnight visitors.
